The goods that we offer on our e-shop are in stock in the basic black color. In the case of a different configuration or if the goods are sold out, the delivery time will be determined after the order is confirmed.

What about a damaged shipment?

Whatever shipping method you choose, it may happen that the package does not reach you in 100% condition. How to proceed in such a case?

• Always inspect each shipment carefully, and if the package shows signs of mechanical damage, do not accept it.
• If possible, open the damaged shipment in front of the postman, courier or drop-off operator.
• If the contents show signs of damage, claim the shipment immediately.
• If you receive a damaged package and find out about it later, the carrier may not accept your claim retroactively.
